When using Wildflower candles, it's important to follow proper safety guidelines. To ensure that your candle burns evenly and safely, here are some tips to keep in mind:
- Avoid burning your candle in a drafty area, as this can cause the flame to flicker and potentially cause the wax to burn unevenly.
- Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface to avoid damage to surfaces or potential fire hazards.
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting to prevent any smoking.
- When lighting your candle for the first time, make sure to burn it for at least 4 hours. This will ensure that the wax melts evenly and helps prevent tunnelling.
To maximise the burn time of your candle, avoid burning it down to the very bottom of the container. When only a small amount of wax remains, it's time to safely extinguish the candle and replace it with a new one.
