Free Standard Delivery: If you place an order with a total value of over £50, we are happy to offer you free standard delivery which will automatically be added to your basket. This service typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive and is a great option for customers who don't require their items in a hurry.

Express Delivery: For customers who need their candles and diffusers more quickly, we offer an express delivery option. For just £5.95, we can deliver your items to you within 1-3 days. This is a great option for those last-minute gifts or if you simply can't wait to try out your new scents!

Standard Delivery: If your order does not meet the £50 minimum for free delivery, you can choose our standard delivery option for £3.50. This service typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive.

Local Pick Up: If you live nearby, you have the option to pick up your order from our location. Simply add a note to your order when you check out and we will provide you with the exact address for pick up. This option is completely free and a great way to support local businesses.

We take great care in ensuring your items are packaged safely and securely, so you can enjoy them in their best condition. If your delivery arrives and care has not been taken in transit (e.g. smashes, spills or packaging defects) then please contact us straight away at and we will arrange a solution as soon as possible.

Returns policy

We hope you are happy with your purchases, but if for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Our returns policy is simple and straightforward, and we are committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

Returning an Item: If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so. All items must be returned in perfect condition, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact. Products must not have been opened or used (unless faulty or damaged in transit). If your return was purchased as part of a bundle or a free gift was offered, the complete bundle and/or free gift must be returned to us.

Receiving a Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 working days, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Postage Costs: With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs. We recommend obtaining proof of posting in case the parcel fails to reach us and sending the return on a tracked service where possible.
