When using Wildflower candles, it's important to follow proper safety guidelines. To ensure that your candle burns evenly and safely, here are some tips to keep in mind:
- Avoid burning your candle in a drafty area, as this can cause the flame to flicker and potentially cause the wax to burn unevenly.
- Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface to avoid damage to surfaces or potential fire hazards.
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting to prevent any smoking.
- When lighting your candle for the first time, make sure to burn it for at least 4 hours. This will ensure that the wax melts evenly and helps prevent tunnelling.
- To maximize the burn time of your candle, avoid burning it down to the very bottom of the container. When only a small amount of wax remains, it's time to safely extinguish the candle and replace it with a new one.
